Camden LiveStream with Jon Coley, Ant Henson and Greenness
Tomorrow night we’ve got another rough and ready live stream for your delectation and delight. I don’t even know what delectation is. But you will have it if you tune in.
First up we’ve got Greenness. As their name suggests, they’re big into the environment and keeping it green.
They are electro psych folk. They use their music to connect with nature. This duo are French singer/songwriter Cess Frangi and Graham Pratt, British producer. They’ve been played by BBC introducing and have become more experimental in the past few years.
Jon Coley writes songs that feel like instant classics. Introspective and totally relatable, his guitar strumming will wash over you like sunshine through dappled trees some morning when you’re slightly hungover.
His lyrics are nostalgically current; ‘when the sun is shining you can’t make it rain’.
Badly Drawn Boy or Damien Rice fans will be happy to hear him play.
Ant Henson is straight out of and has received the ITG Songwriter’s Award for original content and high-quality songcraft. He’s shared the stage with KT Tunstall.
Don’t be square, tune in at 8pm tomorrow at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChFcPwokw5VudXvzvCxgMaQ
