  • Saturday 19th August at Electric Ballroom / Nirvana UK + Pearl Scam / The best Grunge tribute bands around! Nirvana UK are returning to The Electric Ballroom in the heart of Camden Town, London on Saturday 19th August following their packed out show in 2022. This years show see’s the ultimate double bill featuring a tribute to Pearl Jam ‘Pearl Scam’ creating the ultimate 90s grunge package on one stage on one night. / Tickets £17.50

 

  • Tuesday 22nd August at Lafayette / Sarah Jarosz / Singer-Songwriter – Americana / Four time Grammy Award winner and 10 time nominee Sarah Jarosz takes Lafayette captive with her soulful songwriting.   • Thursday & Friday 28-29th SeptemberPJ Harvey / the Roundhouse / Blending grunge, pop rock and punk blues, PJ Harvey is an unmissable performance at Roundhouse this September! I Inside The Old Year Dying is the upcoming tenth studio album by English singer-songwriter and musician PJ Harvey. In all those shadows and ambiguities, there is something profoundly uplifting and redemptive, qualities exemplified by the record’s lead-off single, A Child’s Question, August. “I think the album is about searching, looking – the intensity of first love, and seeking meaning,” says Harvey. / Tickets are already sold out but you can still join the waiting list here

 

  • Saturday 30th / at the Underworld / Sack Sabbath / Sack Sabbath are Europe’s best known, longest serving and most authentic tribute to the masters of metal, Black Sabbath. They are currently touring the UK with some European dates added including the huge Cto yprus Rocks festival.. Sack Sabbath were formed in 2002, and in the past two decades have delighted audiences across the UK and Europe with their stunning take on the classic era of Black Sabbath. Playing only the very blackest of Sabbath from the classic years 1970-78, they deliver a powerhouse performance with every song reproduced to perfection by some of the finest rock musicians in the UK and fronted by the best Ozzy impersonator in the business bar none. OCTOBER

  • Tuesday 3rd /at the Underworld/ The Obsessed / The Obsessed is an American heavy metal band from Potomac, Maryland, led by Scott “Wino” Weinrich. The band combines elements of doom metal, stoner rock, and punk rock. Formed in 1980, they recorded a few demos and played a handful of live shows until they first split up in 1986 when Weinrich joined as lead vocalist for Saint Vitus, but reformed four years later. After releasing three albums (including their self-titled that was originally recorded in 1985), the Obsessed broke up for a second time in 1995. After briefly reuniting for some shows in 2012 and 2013, the Obsessed announced their third reunion in March 2016. / Tickets 26.47£ here

  • Wednesday 25 October at Electric Ballroom / GLENN HUGHES PERFORMS CLASSIC DEEP PURPLE LIVE /Glenn Hughes, the former bassist, and singer of Deep Purple, known to millions as the ‘Voice of Rock’Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, is pleased to announce, ‘Glenn Hughes Performs Classic Deep Purple Live – Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the album BURN’.  Glenn will perform tracks from Deep Purple’s legendary rock album “BURN” and along with Deep Purple MKIII and MKIV songs. Glenn’s band will feature Soren Andersen (guitar), Ash Sheehan (drums) and Bob Fridzema (keyboards). Special guest on all UK shows is Canadian rock and roll band, The Damn Truth / Tickets £35 here

NOVEMBER

  • Sunday 5th / at Electric Ballroom / Yngwie Malmsteen / Swedish craftsman has continually developed his music makes Malmsteen sublimely transcend any definition you attempt to impose. He now has a catalogue of 21 solo studio albums, each of which has much to commend. Moreover, the guitarist played a crucial role in helping to establish Alcatrazz as a significant force in the 1980s. Malmsteen’s artistry has always clearly incorporated a healthy virtuosity, but his talent goes well beyond a comprehensive control of the guitar. The man is a fine composer and, on recent releases, has also showcased a strong vocal presence. / Tickets £39.50 here 

  • Monday 6th / at KOKO / Hermanos Gutiérrez / Hermanos Gutiérrez is a two-piece band formed of the brothers Alejandro and Estevan Gutiérrez. 
 Taking influence from 1950’s Latin America Sound they transfer the listeners to journeys through beautiful landscapes./Tickets £29.37 here

  • Thursday 9th / at Electric Ballroom / Elder with support from Slomosa / Elder is a genre-pushing rock band that melds heavy psychedelic sounds with progressive elements and evocative soundscapes. The band has reinvented their sound over the course of five albums to grow from a stalwart of the stoner/doom scene into one of the most unique voices in the rock underground. Their long-scale compositions unfold as journeys, running the gamut of styles from the 70’s to the present within a single song with a penchant for “sheer gatefold-era grandeur” (Rolling Stone). / Tickets £20 here

DECEMBER

  • Saturday 16th / ELVANA Elvis Fronted Nirvana + Support from Oh My God! It’s The Church / From the bowels of Disgraceland, Rock & Roll icons of the afterlife are raised from the dead! Rock & Roll meets Grunge as Elvis fronts Nirvana and gives the band the front man it’s been missing since ’94. Elvana tear through Nirvana’s catalogue whilst splicing in grunged up sections of the king of rock & rolls finest moments, culminating in a whopper mash up of overdrive and old school Rockabilly. It smells like cheeseburgers and teen spirit, daddy-o! I’ve personally only heard good things about Elvana shows, so will definitely try to join this one for sure! / Tickets 28.50
