Zoe Konez who was meant to pay live at the Camden Chapel in yet another cool gig organized by Talentbanq, was due to the pandemic instead nestled into her cozy home studio and streamed out live over facebook and instagram. She was joined by support artist Jennifer Kamikazi in trying to get the stream out, fans recognized and the sound coming through the internet. It was really good fun and after a lot of button pressing and waving the mobile phone around we even figured out how to webcast facebook live onto the tv via amazon fire stick.
Zoe launched her new track “Here” which is a lot more positive than you might think given our global collective current homebound context and her lyrics – just let me stay right here, when you’re ready I’ll be right here. This track features her bright, energetic voice combined with a sophisticated, multi-layered musicscape. Check it out.
