Penny Skint
Hailing from the same town as The Rolling Stones, Penny Skint is an alt rock trio that’s all about the music, the art, and the community. With a no-nonsense approach to rock, their sound is a mix of big riffs, thumping drums, and hooky melodies that are sure to get you moving. The band’s live performances are packed with energy, and they’ve already made a name for themselves at venues like Camden Assembly and the O2 Academy Islington. Catch Liam Phillips on lead vocals and guitar, Megan Mayes on bass and vocals, and Dan Williams on drums as they set out to create their own legacy.
The White Gates Band
Formed in the summer of 2022, The White Gates Band is an Essex-based group that blends rock and pop influences to create a high-energy show. Inspired by bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Paramore, their original material is gaining traction across London and Essex. The band is in the process of recording their first set of songs, set for release this year. With Jessica Richardson on vocals, Ryan Heather on bass and keys, Oscar Ball on guitar, and Tyla Brooks on drums, this band is one to watch as they continue to develop their unique sound.
