Camden has been through a lot, but never a time quite like this where music cannot be heard from the streets, booming dully from alive n off tha hinge venues.

But fear not, there’s a whole lot of trouble a-brewing within the online community. The Green Note and the Camden Chapel have both set up online gigs streaming to their Facebook pages. Meanwhile, Cecil Sharp House has done us a solid by providing workshops for people stuck at home.

Another online miracle is the Camden voices choir, who have gone viral (if you’ll excuse the pun) having put down a quick recording of Cyndi Lauper’s classic track, True Colors (written by Tom Kelly and Billy Steinberg). They recorded it with a click track and some soul. Check it out:
